NOW HIRING FOR THE 2024 FOOTBALL SEASON!
WHO?
Gator Hospitality is looking for service-minded individuals to join us in engineering the premium fan experience. We are hiring approximately 80 game day FANgineers™ to work football games this fall!
WHAT?
FANgineers™ play a vital role in the success of the hospitality program and game days – they help engineer a great experience by providing the highest level of hospitality for our fans in the premium seating areas on game day. FANgineers™ serve as goodwill ambassadors to donors and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. FANgineers™ also serve as a liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Managers, and Athletic Department personnel.
Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:
- Act as game day ambassadors for the Hospitality Office and athletics department
- Perform G.O.L.D. Standard Service for all guests, fans, and department staff
- Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld
- Monitor entrances, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols
- Serve as an elevator attendant and people movement monitor
- Perform pre-, during-, and post-game duties associated with the premium areas (i.e., fulfilling requests, disposing trash, monitoring facility needs and food & beverage needs, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
WHEN?
FANgineers™ are expected to work the entire football game day shift, which typically begins 1 hour before stadium gates open and ends approximately 2 hours post-game. Opportunities may be available to work the Thursday before game days for additional hours. Hours will range between 6-14 hours per week depending on the home game schedule and game preparation needs each week. Along with football home games, gain the opportunity (with a positive supervisor evaluation) to work additional athletic events, such as basketball, baseball, etc.
WHERE?
We hire FANgineers™ to assist with premium seating operations at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, Exactech Arena, and Condron Family Ballpark. These spaces include several premium clubs, suites and courtside seating. Men's Basketball and Baseball roster positions are offered to FANgineers™ who show an exemplary effort during football season.
Please note: Because Gator Hospitality is an official office of REVELxp (a private company), we are not considered an “on-campus job”, therefore we can only hire applicants who are eligible to work in the US for any employer.
WHY?
Can't stop, won't stop - we love serving others. But for those interested in career fields related to hospitality, management, event planning and/or athletics administration, FANgineers™ get the added bonus of earning (paid) experience in behind-the-scenes game day execution at multiple sports. Pay rate is $12 per hour.
